As the Expert Partner in the Multi-Unit and Commercial areas of Real Estate we are here to guide you in elevating your portfolio's to the
next level.

 

We pride on making those WHY, WHAT and HOW questions as simple as possible so when the right investment comes along you are ready.

 

• Are you a current investor, Realtor, or knows someone that’s looking to sell their current property and would like to save 3% from Buyer Agent fees?

 

  •    Do you own or know property owners that have had their properties listed for over 30 day and are having not much luck in close to market

HOW DOES IT WORK?
 

Our Property Referral Program only has three term and condition - Yes only three!

Upon receipt of the property owner referral and contact has been made by EPI, thereafter a successful property wholesale has been closed closed.

Upon a successful closing of a deal and financials are aligned to all parties, an Property Incentive will be given to the party that provided the referral
to EPI.

By EPI taking over the Wholesale aspect and providing detailed analysis and marketing strategies of your properties to our database of active Investors we request a 1.5% commission on the agreed upon offer and closing price;
