Property wholesale is very similar as “flipping” except of these three main areas:

No reno’s by the Wholesaler
Wholesaler’s search for specific properties that may be in foreclosure, not market ready, or have simply been forgotten about and have no positive cash flow. This allows for the Wholesaler to put the property under contract at market value or below then sell it to an Investor for a flat rate fee.
